When will I get paid?

Depending on the industry type and risk level, payments are usually made within 2 to 5 business days.

How long does it take to set up an account?

Once all required documents are submitted and our underwriting department approves your account, processing can begin within 24 hours.

What are the costs associated with setting up an account?

Most merchant accounts have no upfront costs, although some offshore and adult accounts, as well as those that need continuous monitoring, may incur additional fees.

Can I track my transactions and payments?

Yes. Our customers have the ability to view their account activity 24/7 via our online web tool. Here, merchants can monitor transaction history, daily deposits/batch totals, review past and current processing statements, chargebacks, retrievals, and much more.

What happens if I change my bank account?

Our Customer Service Department will supply you with a form to update your banking information. Once received, we can redirect all funds to your new account.

How do I accept American Express?

Customer Service representatives can supply you with a simple form to be filled out and submitted. Once received, you can start accepting American Express cards within 24 hours.

When should I run a Void transaction vs. a Return transaction?

You should Void the transaction if the day's batch has not been settled. You can do this by voiding the authorization that was given for that transaction. If the batch has already been settled, then you will need to run a return transaction to refund the consumer.
